Unlike your avatar, it won't let you choose a file when you're editing your signature. You just have to view the properties of the picture you want by clicking on the ''right'' button of your mouse. You should see the URL location. Highlight that, then copy/paste the image URL and insert it in between these tags: [img][/img]. With those steps done, it should come out as to view the picture you wanted.

You could upload it to PB (photobucket) or what ever other photo sharing site you are on, and get the HTML link. Then you can paste it into your siggy.

I seriously doubt this issue is still ongoing, but in any case id just like to say that i uploaded by clicking the box that has a picture with a diskette, browsed the pictures on my computer, selected one, pressed "Host it" wait like a min then it gives like three Urls, copy the one that says image and just put that in the signature and Voila.
By the way, im totally conquering all the topics since no one else is online so expect to see a lot of me when you come back. :3
